Welcome to the release notes for the Zuora February 2018 Release, R221. This release includes new Zuora features, enhancements, resolved issues, and improvements to the Knowledge Center.

Billing

Real-Time Usage Rating

The Real-Time Usage Rating feature is in Limited Availability. If you wish to have access to the feature, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.

Zuora now provides a capability to rate or re-rate usage records in real time for existing usage charge models. You can create usage records through the REST API, or import usage files through the Zuora UI and REST API.

With the Real-Time Usage Rating feature enabled, Zuora rates the usage records in near real-time when the usage records are created or imported into Zuora. You can also retrieve usage consumption information through the Zuora UI and REST API any time after new usage records are submitted. 

This feature provides near real-time usage rating with better scalability and real-time access to rated usage information.

Platform

Time Limit of Data in AQuA Job Finder

Previously, all historical data was loaded into the Project and Partner dropdown lists in the Zuora UI when you are using the AQuA Job Finder via Zuora UI. From this release, Zuora only displays the Partner and Project values for the past thirty days in the dropdown lists for better performance.
