Disable payment gateway integrations

If you are sure that you do not need to process any transactions through a type of payment gateway, you can perform the following steps to disable the payment gateway integration:

  1. Click your username in the upper right and navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Gateway. The Payment Gateways page is displayed.
  2. Click the Enable Gateway tab.
  3. On the Enable Gateway tab, click Edit and then clear the checkbox of the payment gateway integration that you want to disable for your tenant.
  4. Click Save.

The following gateway integrations are no longer under active development. If you disable them, you cannot re-enable them through Zuora UI. To re-enable them, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
