Disable payment gateway integrations
If you are sure that you do not need to process any transactions through a type of payment gateway, you can perform the following steps to disable the payment gateway integration:
- Click your username in the upper right and navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Gateway. The Payment Gateways page is displayed.
- Click the Enable Gateway tab.
- On the Enable Gateway tab, click Edit and then clear the checkbox of the payment gateway integration that you want to disable for your tenant.
- Click Save.
The following gateway integrations are no longer under active development. If you disable them, you cannot re-enable them through Zuora UI. To re-enable them, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
