View the stored credential profile

To view the stored credential profile in the Zuora UI, navigate to Customer Accounts > Electronic Payment Methods section. The stored credential profile is presented in the Stored Credential Profile List field.

Status of stored credential profiles

Each stored credential profile has one of the following statuses:

  • Agreed - The stored credential profile has not been validated via an authorization transaction with the payment gateway.
  • Active - The stored credential profile has been validated via an authorization transaction with the payment gateway.
  • Cancelled - The stored credentials are no longer valid, per a customer request. Zuora cannot use the stored credentials in transactions.
  • Expired - The stored credentials are no longer valid, per an expiration policy in the stored credential transaction framework. Zuora cannot use the stored credentials in transactions.

Cancel or expire a stored credential profile

To cancel or expire a stored credential profile, use the links in the Operation column. You cannot reactivate the stored credential profile after you have cancelled or expired it.
