The Suspend and Resume feature is supported in Order Metrics. When Order Metrics is enabled, you can now suspend and resume subscriptions using Amendments. See Suspend a Subscription and Resume a Subscription for more information. Also, during an Order Metrics migration, a subscription that was previously suspended or resumed can now be migrated.
Resume Extends Term Field in Orders UI
Orders is now generally available as of Zuora Billing Release 284 (August 2019). You can access all the new capabilities in the Sandbox environment starting August 31, 2020. The Production deployment is September 10, 2020.
If you are an existing Zuora Subscribe and Amend customer and want to adopt Orders, see What is Orders Harmonization and join the Orders Harmonization community group for more information. If you want to enable Orders, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
The Resume Extends Term field is supported in the Orders UI. You can now specify the Resume Extends Term field when you resume a subscription via the Orders UI.
Customer Account Search Enhancement for New Payment Runs
When creating payment runs through the Zuora user interface, you can now search for specific customer accounts based on name, account number, and "name or account number" more efficiently.
In the Single Customer Account tab on the New Payment Run page or on the New Scheduled Payment Run page, the following radio buttons are now available for account search enhancement:
- Account Number
- Name or Account Number
Previously, only customer account search by "name or account number" was supported for new payment runs.
Support for Not Displaying Invoices With Zero Amount
Zuora now supports not displaying invoices with zero amount. To use this feature, select the Don't show items with amount 0 check box on the All Invoices page through the Zuora user interface.
Changes to Existing Billing Rules
The default value of either of the following billing rules billing rule has been changed to No in Billing Settings > Define Billing Rules.
- Invoice Past End-of-Term when Auto-Renew is ON?
- Invoice Past End-of-Term when Auto-Renew is OFF?
This change is for new Zuora tenants only and does not affect any existing Zuora tenants.
For better clarification, the validation message displayed when changing the value from Yes to No is refined to "Invoice Past End-of-Term when Auto-Renew is ON" can only be set to No when recurring charge proration settings are turned on.

Dankort has been added to the supported values for the
param_supportedTypes client parameter. See Credit Card Type Payment Pages for more information.
To display the Dankort credit card logo on HPM pages, add
Dankort to the comma-separated list of values for the
