After the Billing - Revenue Integration feature is enabled, you cannot take mass actions on the following items:

  • Accounting

  • Transactions

  • Performance Obligations

This change means when you navigate to Workbench > Manage Mass Actions to create a new batch action, the above items are not available on the Action On list for your selection in the New Batch window.

You can take mass actions on revenue contracts only, which includes the following action types:

  • Apply Hold

  • Close RC

  • Open RC

  • Reallocate

  • Release Hold

  • Unfreeze RC
