Trigger the initial Zuora SFDC CPQ connector synchronization

There are multiple ways the connector can be triggered to initiate the sync:

  1. On-Demand sync: To initiate a sync or upload the latest record updates from SFDC CPQ to Zuora Billing, navigate to the Account page layout in SFDC CPQ UI > Click send to Zuora.

  2. Run Now sync: To load the latest updated records from SFCD to Zuora Billing, navigate to the System health dashboard > Click the button.

  3. Schedule sync: Scheduled sync synchronizes record changes from Zuora to Salesforce at a specified time to ensure the latest source change data is being loaded in the datasets. With schedule sync, you can sync your data in the following ways:

    1. Synchronization over selected periods. For example, daily or every 2 hours.
    2. Selecting the wait time (in hours), to wait before starting the first recurring sync.
