Delete payments

You can only delete payments that are in Canceled status.

To delete a payment from the REST API, see DELETE Payment.

To delete a payment from the Zuora UI, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Payments > Payments in the navigation section.
2. On the All Payments page, click the payment number that you want to cancel.
3. On the payment detail page, click Delete This Payment.
4. Click OK.
