Subscription enhancement for overage charges during renewal

Included Units in a subscription is updated during renewal if Included Units has changed in your product catalog and the Default Price Change for Product Changes setting is set to Use Latest Product Catalog Pricing in your tenant. To prevent this from happening, you can contact Zuora Global Support to enable the "Keep Included Units Unchanged at Renewal" feature.

3D Secure 2.0 available for several gateway integrations

PSD2 is an extensive revision of the European Union’s Payment Services Directive regulations. Strong customer authentication (SCA) is one of the requirements of PSD2, and the 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS2) standard has been promoted as the solution for SCA. PSD2 was due to be enforced on all electronic transactions across the European Economic Area (EEA) on September 14, 2019. However, more than half of EEA countries have announced SCA enforcement delays. For more information, see the latest update in this Community post.

As of this release, Zuora has implemented 3DS2 for the following gateway integrations:

• Adyen Integration v2.0
• BlueSnap, Payment API v2.0
• Braintree
• CyberSource, Payment API v2.0
• Ingenico ePayments
• Stripe v2
• WorldPay 1.4
