Orders and Subscriptions
Subscription Setting to Skip Tax Creation for TCB and ELP Metrics
A new subscription setting called "Calculate Tax for TCB and ELP Metrics?" is now available for the Orders feature. You can use this setting to skip tax creation for TCB and ELP metrics, so that Zuora will not call the tax engine during the Orders migration or new order creation.
See Order Tcb Data Source or Order ELP Data Source for more information on the Tax fields for the metrics.
Resolved: Pending Order Can Not Be Activated When BCD Is AutoSet
Previously, a pending order could not be activated when the account BCD was set to AutoSet
. The following error message may have been displayed: "Invalid billing cycle day of charge: DefaultFromCustomer, Month". This issue has now been fixed.
Billing
Limit on the Number of Rate Plans Displayed on the Product Details Page
When you view detailed information about products through the Zuora UI, a maximum of 300 product rate plans are now displayed on the product details page.
If one product contains more than 300 product rate plans, Zuora arbitrarily displays 300 of the product rate plans. You can call the Get product or CRUD: Retrieve product operation to retrieve detailed information about all the product rate plans.
Payments
Enhancements to GoCardless Payment Gateway Integration
Zuora enhances the GoCardless payment gateway integration in this release. More payment methods are supported and more functions are available to you.
The AU Direct Entry (BECS) payment method is now supported in the integration. You can now create non-referenced refunds using credit cards, and configure Payment Pages 2.0 to accept the AU Direct Entry type payments for the GoCardless payment gateway.
See GoCardless Gateway and Configure AU Direct Entry Type Payment Pages 2.0 for more information.
Platform
Increased Length of OAuth Client Secrets
When you create an OAuth client, the Client Secret now has a minimum length of 38 characters and a maximum length of 42 characters. The set of possible characters in Client Secrets has not changed.
Previously, Client Secrets were always 20 characters long. You can continue to use existing Client Secrets without modification.
