Enhanced Central Sandbox Self-Service UI
The Self-Service Refresh feature is currently available to a selection of customers. We are actively monitoring usage for these customers and will incrementally release this feature to all customers.
We have enhanced the Central Sandbox Self-Service feature. You can check the Self-Service UI by navigating to Administration > Test Environments in your Zuora production tenant.
The enhanced Self-Service UI allows you to:
- Refresh Central Sandbox tenants if you are assigned to the Refresh Central Sandbox role. You can click the New Refresh button to start a new data refresh job.
- View high-level tenant and data refresh information.
- Check detailed information for each data refresh job in the Refresh Log table, including the estimated time of completion.

Central Sandbox Self-Service UI

To minimize your effort of refreshing Central Sandbox tenants and improve your experience, we have introduced the Central Sandbox Self-Service feature. You can check the Self-Service UI by navigating to Administration > Test Environments in your Zuora production tenant.
The Self-Service UI allows you to:
- Refresh Central Sandbox tenants if you are assigned the Refresh Central Sandbox role. You can click the Submit Tenant Refresh
button on the Test Environments Page to start a new data refresh job. - Check the progress of your data refresh jobs.
