Zuora RevPro 36.010.00 Release Notes

This article provides a summary of new features, enhancements, and resolved issues in the Zuora RevPro version 36.010.00.

New features and enhancements

The following new features and enhancements are available in this release.

Configurable layouts extended in RevPro Workbench

From this release, the user-defined layouts, which are created by using the Manage Layouts menu option on the Revenue Contract /Orders page, are made available in more windows. When you click the following menu options in the Contracts/Orders tab, you can select the most suitable layout to display the data in the pop-up window and then complete the subsequent operations.

For example, when you want to link more POBs to the current revenue contract, click icon-menu-grey.png in the Contracts/Orders tab and then click Link. The Link window is displayed. After you select POB as the link level, all the appropriate standard and user-defined layouts can be displayed on a drop-down list for your selection. You can choose to display the POB details based on the desired layout. The layout drop-down list is available in all the following windows.

  • Revenue contract level:
    • Link (previously known as Link RC/POB/Lines)
    • Release/Defer POB
    • Delink
    • Impairment
    • Edit POB
  • Line level:
    • Show Line History

The predefined validation error codes are by default enabled or disabled. You cannot disable the enabled error codes and you cannot enable the disabled ones. Any source data that does not satisfy the enabled validation rules will stay in RevPro staging table and cannot be picked up by the data collection process.

For more information about the enabled, disabled, or deprecated validation error codes in RevPro 36.010.00, see Predefined validation rules. For information about the impact of this validation framework change, see Customer impacts after RevPro 36.010.00 and Frequently asked questions.
