Configure Worldpay Payment Method Updater

To adapt Worldpay's migration from Worldpay Updater to Vantiv Updater, Zuora has stopped supporting creating new Worldpay Payment Method Updater instances, and will discontinue the existing Payment Method Updater service on 2019-11-01 at 00:00 GMT.

If you want to use the Vantiv Updater service but only have a Worldpay merchant account, contact Worldpay Support to get a new Vantiv merchant account, and follow Configure Vantiv Payment Method Updater to configure your Vantiv Payment Method Updater instance.

This article describes how to configure Worldpay Payment Method Updater in Zuora for Visa and MasterCard.

This updater requires adding Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center IP addresses to the whitelist for each of your gateway merchant accounts, depending on which data center that your tenant is located at. Therefore, before start using this gateway on Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center, you must contact with the gateway to add Zuora EU or US Clould Data Center IP addresses to the gateway's whitelist for both the Sandbox and Production environments so that both environments can work properly.
For more information about the Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center IP addresses, see Outbound IP Addresses Whitelisting.

Set Up Worldpay Payment Method Updater

Zuora is integrated with the Worldpay High Capacity Gateway for payment method updater service. In order to use this Worldpay updater, you need to enroll in the Worldpay Account Updater program.

Zuora integrates with a different Worldpay gateway service for payment service. You need separate Worldpay accounts for payment services and payment method updater: a Worldpay Corporate Gateway account for payment services and a Worldpay High Capacity Gateway account for payment method updater.

To set up the Worldpay High Capacity Gateway Updater in Zuora:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Method Updater.
  2. Click and select Worldpay in the Updater Type field.
  3. Click add payment method updater.
