Overview

As of August 2012, Zuora began offering its platform and native Zuora Commerce, Billing, and Finance applications in different editions targeted at different customer profiles. If your current contract was executed before August, 2012, your order form would have used specific product names to describe the functionality to which you are entitled. This page shows how the current functionality and feature names correspond to the products as they were sold prior to August 2012 and compares them to what is now available in the current Zuora Editions.

Usage of the Zuora Service

If Customer’s use of the Service exceeds the usage limits in the applicable contracts or as described in this Knowledge Center article for any products provided, Customer must either purchase additional usage, if applicable, or move to the next edition of the Service. If Customer does not choose either of the options, Customer shall be considered out of compliance with such Service.
