Define aging buckets for collections

Aging buckets provide a structure for you to track and manage outstanding invoices based on their age. Use each bucket to categorize invoices into time periods ranging from current to extremely past due, based on your business requirements, so that you can prioritize collection efforts and mitigate the risk of bad debt.   

1. To add or change aging buckets, navigate to Collections Management -> Aging & Due Config.
2. Enter the default due period in days.
3. Enter a number of days for the end of each bucket range in the list of aging buckets. 
4. To add a new bucket, click Add Bucket.
5. To delete an existing bucket, click the delete icon next to the bucket you want to delete.
6. Save your changes.
