Build collections email templates

Collection follow-up email templates streamline the process of contacting customers about their invoices, automating your dunning process. You can customize and deploy email templates to address individual customers, specific invoices, or multiple invoices to maintain consistent and timely communication and maximize efficiency in accounts receivable management.

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Productivity -> Email Templates.
  2. To add a new template, click New Email Template.
  3. Choose between email template types Customer, Invoice, and Multiple Invoice that best meet your requirements.
  4. Enter a name for the email template. 
  5. Customize the email template by using the rich text editor to add and format content.
  6. Optionally, add buttons and hyperlinks to the email template to make the information more interactive and provide additional information. 
  7. Optionally, add placeholders to include dynamic content to personalize emails. See Insert placeholders to collections emails and email templates.
  8. Save your changes.
