Automate collection workflows
Workflows can automate different collection actions based on specific conditions or changes to certain entities or their values that you specify.
- Navigate to Automations -> Workflows.
- To create a new workflow, click + Workflow.
- Enter a title, description, and owner, and then save.
- Enter the details about the trigger, for example the type of event and conditions that occur to start the workflow. Once you have set the conditions, the system displays the number of existing customers that match them.
- After you define the workflow trigger, enter the details about the actions that should occur and the sequence of the actions.
- To edit the workflow, click on the workflow, make changes, and save.
- Click Activate when you want to apply the workflow.
