Reset password when your account is temporarily locked
Your user account is locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. Follow these steps to unlock your account:
- From the login screen, click Forgot Password. An email is sent to the address provided in your user account.
- Click the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
- After successfully resetting your password, return to the login screen and enter your email and the new password as credentials to access your account.
- If you continue to experience issues logging into your account, contact support.
