Reset password when your account is temporarily locked

Your user account is locked after five unsuccessful login attempts. Follow these steps to unlock your account:

  1. From the login screen, click Forgot Password. An email is sent to the address provided in your user account.
  2. Click the link provided in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
  3. After successfully resetting your password, return to the login screen and enter your email and the new password as credentials to access your account.
  4. If you continue to experience issues logging into your account, contact support.
