Company-specific settings

On the Account Settings page under Company Settings, you can:

  • Make changes to your company name, logo, and address to reflect branding requirements, and ensure consistency and accuracy in billing and correspondence
  • Set custom email signatures at account level to maintain professional and consistent formatting that represents your brand
  • Add and manage new business units and regions as your business expands

General settings

Consider this additional information about the general settings for your company:

  • Company Logo
    • Supported file formats are JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
    • File size cannot exceed 5 MB
    • Recommended resolution for full logo is 240px by 90px, and for short logo is 90px by 90px
  • Company Address: edit and maintain the physical address for billing and correspondence
  • Locale Information includes Country LocaleTimezoneDate Format, and Number Format.
    • The number format is automatically adjusted based on the selected country locale. For example:
      • Canada: 234,567.89
      • India: 2,34,567.89
  • Support: add support contact information to your customer communications

Subsidiaries settings

The subsidiary details you specify are used in the customer portal and statements. You can map subsidiaries directly from your ERP, and update their logos by following these specifications:

  • Supported file format is PNG
  • File size should not exceed 1 MB
  • Recommended resolution is 200px by 200px

You can also configure subsidiary-specific support email addresses and phone numbers for email communications. 

Regions settings

You can manually add new regions by specifying the Currency and Timezone for each.

AR Email settings

You can set up a dedicated email communication channel to use for managing customer interactions related to outstanding invoices, payment collections, disputes, and other AR-related activities. Depending on your business needs, you can add multiple AR email addresses to send collection emails from different addresses and to better manage invoice reminders and payment follow-ups.
