Manage collection activities for selected customers
You can manage various collection activities by customer accounts that are listed in the AR Aging or All Customers reports. You can select one or more customers to manage these activities.

To assign or reassign the owner, click Collection Owner and then choose a name from the dropdown.

To assign tags, click Tags and then choose tags from the dropdown.

To assign or reassign a new collection strategy, select Assign Strategy and then choose a strategy from the dropdown.
- To change the collection status, click Collection Status and then choose a new status from the dropdown or clear the current status.
- To add an internal note about the customer's collection activity, click Add Note. Optionally, set and schedule a reminder for follow-up tasks.
- To send an email, click Send Email. Optionally, use an existing email template and placeholders to streamline your message. For more information, see: Email templates.
