Manage email and collection activities from the inbox

From the Email Conversations tab in your inbox, you can easily manage email communications.

• Choose your individual inbox or the AR Email Inbox from the dropdown.
• To send a new email manually, click + Compose and complete the required fields.   
• Reply to or forward emails by scrolling to the bottom of the email, and then click the respective button. 
• Initiate a dispute related to the email content and associated invoices. 
• Set a promise to pay commitment from an email.
• View emails according to the labels used to categorize them. 

From the Collection Activities tab in your inbox, you can manage collection activities assigned to you and collection activities that you are subscribed to, because you either created the activity or you are mentioned in the activity.
