Company Dashboard reports
Learn about the reports you find in the company dashboard. This dynamic dashboard shows the distribution of overdue invoices across aging buckets on an account level. You can use this information to understand the financial health of individual accounts and to identify and mitigate potential risks.
While the AR Aging screen offers insights at the account level, the company dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the entire accounts receivable portfolio. By segmenting overdue invoices into aging buckets, ranging from current to severely delinquent, businesses gain insights into payment trends and can prioritize collection efforts accordingly.
You can filter the information presented in the dashboard by your company, your customers, or your team.

Days sales outstanding (DSO) trend |
Access from the Analysis sub-tab of the company dashboard, the graph shows a trend of DSO.There are two methods used to calculate this: The Countback Method provides high accuracy by relying on recent monthly sales figures, directly linked to the outstanding balance. Each month’s sales figures are sequentially deducted from the total balance, ensuring that every sale aligns closely with the account balance. The Simple Method calculates DSO by evaluating the relationship between total sales and total receivables over a specific time period, providing a straightforward overview of how efficiently a company is collecting its receivables. In this case, DSO = (Total Sales/Total Receivables) × No. of Days. |
To select a DSO calculation method, navigate to Settings -> Collection Management -> DSO Config. |
Collectors' performance |
Use this information to examine individual collectors' performance metrics. Access from the Collector's Performance sub-tab of the company dashboard, the graph compares several key metrics, including Other Charges (such as bank charges, tax withholdings, and foreign exchange fees), Expected Cashflow (based on agreed payment terms), Predicted Cashflow, and Best Possible Cashflow (assuming prompt payments on all invoice due dates). |
