Prepare SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

The Zuora Edge Component is required to use the SAP Connector with SAP ECC and S/4HANA Private Cloud systems.

Complete the following steps to deploy the Zuora Edge Component:

  1. Log in to the applicable system. 
  2. Type cg3z in the T-code field.
  3. Press Enter. 
  4. Select the applicable file from your downloads. ile from you
  5. Select the Target file.
  6. Click the Upload button.
  7. Click the Allow button.
  8. Select the Data file.
  9. Click the Upload button.
  10. Click the Allow button. 
  11. Enter stms in the T-code field in a new SAP GUI window.
  12. Press Enter.
  13. Select Import Overview.
  14. Double-click on the applicable system to access it. 
  15. Navigate to Extras > Other Requests > Add.
  16. Select the transport from the list or paste the transport number into the Transport Request field and press Enter.
  17. Click Yes to import the queue.
  18. Select the transport from the list.
  19. Select the applicable client.
  20. Select all the options from the Import Options section. 
  21. Click Next.
  22. Click Yes.
  23. Double-click the RC to verify if the transport is imported.

Complete the following steps to configure SAP destination endpoints for the SAP-FI capabilities of the SAP Connector:

  1. Enter /NSOAMANAGER in the Command field.
  2. Select Web Service Configuration from the Service Administration tab.
  3. Enter "/ZUORA004/SD_JE_POST" and click Search.
  4. Select "/ZUORA004/SD_JE_POST" as the Internal Service Definition.
  5. Click Create Service.
  6. Enter a Service Name, Description, and Binding Name, and click Next.
  7. Navigate to Authentication Settings > Authentication Method > Transport Channel Authentication and check UserID/Password.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Click the Open Service WSDL Generation action icon.
  11. Copy the WSDL URL for Binding and paste it into a browser to access the WSDL.
  12. Note the URL of the post endpoint.

Complete the following steps to configure SAP destination endpoints for the SAP Connector (Revenue):

  1. Enter /NSOAMANAGER in the Command field.
  2. Select Web Service Configuration from the Service Administration tab.
  3. Enter "/ZUORA004/SD_JE_REV_POST" and click Search.
  4. Select "/ZUORA004/SD_JE_REV_POST" as the Internal Service Definition.
  5. Click Create Service.
  6. Enter a Service Name, Description, and Binding Name, and click Next.
  7. Navigate to Authentication Settings > Authentication Method > Transport Channel Authentication and check UserID/Password.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Click the Open Service WSDL Generation action icon.
  11. Copy the WSDL URL for Binding and paste it into a browser to access the WSDL.
  12. Note the URL of the post endpoint.

Complete the following steps to configure SAP destination endpoints for the SD capability of the SAP Connector:

  1. Enter /NSOAMANAGER in the Command field.
  2. Select Web Service Configuration from the Service Administration tab.
  3. Enter "/ZUORA004/BILLING_DOC_CREATE" and click Search.
  4. Select "/ZUORA004/BILLING_DOC_CREATE" as the Internal Service Definition.
  5. Click Create Service.
  6. Enter a Service Name, Description, and Binding Name, and click Next.
  7. Navigate to Authentication Settings > Authentication Method > Transport Channel Authentication and check UserID/Password.
  8. Click Next.
  9. Click Finish.
  10. Click the Open Service WSDL Generation action icon.
  11. Copy the WSDL URL for Binding and paste it into a browser to access the WSDL.
  12. Note the URL of the post endpoint.
