Explains the various login scenarios to access Zuora Trust updates.

Identify your Zuora login method

To ensure you have the right access to Trust updates and other Zuora services, determine how you log in.

  • You are logging in via OneID if:
    • You access Zuora through one.zuora.com
    • You log in via SSO SAML, and your IdP redirects you to OneID at one.zuora.com, keeping you signed in as your OneID user.
  • You are not logging in via OneID if:
    • You log in directly using an environment URL such as test.zuora.com, sandbox.zuora.com, or production.zuora.com
    • Your tenant does not display an app-switcher on the top-left corner to navigate to OneID.

Access Trust updates with OneID

If you have OneID access, you can enjoy a unified login experience across multiple Zuora environments and access personalized Trust updates.

To view your personalized Trust updates:

  1. Log in to Command Center at one.zuora.com using your credentials or via SSO SAML.
  2. Navigate to Trust Status on the left-hand menu.
  3. View your personalized Trust updates.

Access Trust updates without OneID

If you do not have OneID access yet, check with your IT admin to see if your organization is already onboarded.

To receive personalized Trust updates, your organization must be onboarded to OneID. See Activate OneID for your organization

OneID Onboarding status Accessing Trust updates
Onboarded
  1. Your IT admin or your provisioning team can add you to OneID, granting access to personalized Trust updates.
Not Onboarded
  1. Sign up for general Trust updates. This step does not onboard you to OneID. If you already have a OneID login and try to sign up with the same username, you will receive a notification that it already exists.
  2. After signing up, confirm your email address to access general Trust updates.
  3. If you initially sign up for general Trust updates and your organization later joins OneID, you can ask your IT Admin to submit a support ticket to add you to your organization’s OneID account.

If you have already set up Zuora Trust notifications, you will need to resubscribe via Command Center and confirm your subscription through the email you receive. See Zuora Trust Status in Command Center

  • For users new to Trust notifications: You can subscribe via the Command Center > Trust Status page.
  • For users subscribing via OneID: You will receive personalized notifications specific to your organization.
  • For users subscribing via the general updates page or the signup page: You will receive all the general Trust updates.

You can subscribe to Trust updates via email or webhook. Atom and RSS feeds will not be available.

The public Trust page trust.zuora.com will still be available, but it will display only system status updates including Zuora OneID system status and critical, high-impact outages.

Users can only subscribe to Trust updates only via Command Center. To receive notifications, please log in to Command Center and manage your subscription under Trust Status.
