UI enhancements

here_black.png Shareable reinvented list views

From this release, an enhancement is delivered for the reinvented list views, which allows you to share the filtered and/or sorted list views with your team members. With this enhancement, when you are filtering and/or sorting a specific list view, the filtering and/or sorting metadata is stored by the page URL. You can share the page URL with others to apply the same filtering and/or sorting when they open the list view.

For example, when you filter the customer account list view to display only the accounts in Draft status and sort the list view by customer names, the page URL will change to the following. When another person opens the customer account list view with this URL, he/she will see the same list view as you.

<your_domain>/platform/apps/com_zuora/account#~(ExtendedAccountObjects~(filter~(relation~'AND~conditions~(~(relation~'OR~conditions~(~(operator~'EQ~value~'Active~field~'Status)))))~orderBy~(~(field~'Name~order~'DESC))))

here_black.png Use UI Builder to change column width

In this release, an enhancement is delivered for the UI Builder, which allows you to change the width of the columns for tables on reinvented list views. After you change the column width on the UI Builder page and publish your changes, the column width will apply to all users on the current table.

UI Builder is still in the Beta phase and will not be deployed to Production environments until further notice. We are actively soliciting feedback and keep making improvements before we make it generally available. Please use this form to submit feedback on this tool.

Zuora Billing

Enhancements on creating standalone invoices through Zuora UI

You can now create standalone invoices with negative subtotals through the Zuora UI. Previously, only the REST API supports the creation of negative standalone invoices.

However, negative standalone invoices are supported only if you are using the Invoice Item Adjustment (IIA) feature; they are not supported if you have the Invoice Settlement feature enabled.
