Delivery Adjustments
This guide describes the example and process of handling end customer delivery complaints through the Delivery Adjustments for the Delivery Pricing charge model.
- The Delivery Adjustments feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters before releasing it as generally available. To manage and access features from the self-service interface, see Enable billing features by yourself.
- The Delivery Adjustments feature is only available to the Delivery Pricing recurring charge with Billing Timing as billing in advance, and the Delivery Pricing charge model is available only in tenants with Orders or Orders Harmonization enabled.
