View and resend notifications of customer accounts
You can find the following notification information of a specific account in the Notification History section on an account detail page:
- Name and status of the communication profile associated with the account
- Email and callout notification histories of the account
Prerequisite
You must have at least one of the following permissions or user roles to resend notification histories on an account detail page:
- Resend Notifications platform permission
- Manage Billing Settings billing permission
- Manage Payments Settings payment permission
- Manage Finance Settings finance permission
- Platform Administrator user role

View communication profile status
To view the status of the communication profile associated with an account, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Customers > Customer Accounts in the left navigation menu.
- Click the name of the account you want to view. The account detail page opens.
- Scroll to the Notification History section. You can find the communication profile name and status in it:
- A ringing bell icon indicates the communication profile is active. Zuora will send notifications associated with this communication profile.
- A muted bell icon indicates the communication profile is inactive. Zuora will not send notifications associated with this communication profile.
View notification histories
To view notification histories of an account, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Customers > Customer Accounts in the left navigation menu.
- Click the name of the account you want to view. The account detail page opens.
- Scroll to the Notification History section.
- Switch between the Email History and Callout History tab to view the email or callout histories of this account.
Resend notification histories
To resend a notification history, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Customers > Customer Accounts in the left navigation menu.
- Click the name of the account you want to view. The account detail page opens.
- Scroll to the Notification History section.
- In the Email History or Callout History tab, locate the notification history you want to resend.
- Click Resend in the Action column and then click OK in the confirmation dialog.
