Download Exported Data
Insights generates exported data in CSV format. To download exported data, navigate to Exports.
Insights displays the exports that you created within the last five days. Insights does not display exports created by other users.
Differences Between Exported Data and the User Interface
-
When you export data about events, the "Event Label" column contains internal names of events. The internal name of an event may be different from the label displayed in the Insights user interface.
To view the correspondence between labels and internal names of events, click your name at the top right and navigate to Settings > Manage Event Types.
-
When you export data about accounts or users, values of numeric attributes and metrics may have a different number of decimal places than in the Insights user interface.
The number of decimal places that values of a numeric attribute or metric have in exported data is not controlled by the Places setting for the attribute or metric.
