The Statement Generator feature has reached the end of support. Zuora now offers an enhanced alternative: the Account Summary Statement. We encourage you to switch to this improved version for a better experience

With Statement Generator, you can create statements to show subscribers any activity that has taken place on their account. Configure settings to create statements with a specified time range on a recurring basis or as needed.

Use Zuora merge fields to create multiple custom templates that can be used across selected accounts or as a default for all accounts. Generated statements can be viewed within the feature, attached to the account in your Zuora environment or emailed directly to the subscriber.
