Enable Payment Gateway Routing

Complete the following steps to enable the Payment Gateway Routing feature:

  1. Submit a request to Zuora Global Support to enable this feature on your tenant.
  2. After Payment Gateway Routing is enabled on your tenant, in Zuora UI, click your username in the upper right and navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Gateway. 
  3. Click the Payment Gateway Routing tab.
  4. On the Payment Gateway Routing tab, toggle on Activate Payment Gateway Routing.

You can now create your routing rules.
