Edit a Quote

Editing a quote is different from amending a subscription. You can only edit a quote before you send it to Zuora. After a quote is sent to Zuora and its subscription is created, you can no longer edit the quote in Salesforce.

To edit quote detail information:

  1. On the Quote Detail page, click Edit Quote Details.
  2. On Edit Quote Details page, make the desired changes.
  3. Click Save.

To add, remove, or update products, rate plans, and charges for a quote:

  1. On the Quote Detail page, click Select Products.
  2. Make necessary changes to products, rate plans, and charges as described in Select Products and Charges for a Quote.
  3. Click Save.
