Prerequisites for Using Legacy CPQ

Before utilizing legacy CPQ, there are certain prerequisites that should be considered. These prerequisites ensure a smooth implementation and usage of legacy CPQ within your organization. 

To use the legacy CPQ, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be on or upgrade to the latest version of Zuora Quotes (See the Release Notes for the latest version)
  • The Zuora 360 package must be installed in your Salesforce org.
  • The Zuora Connection Settings must be configured.
  • Set the permissions required to perform Zuora CPQ tasks, such as creating quotes, generating quote files, and editing discount charges.
