Custom Components

You can use your company’s custom code in a custom component. This allows you to provide unique outcomes for your user journeys, such as advertisements or personalised messages.

You can define variables in the component so that non-technical users can easily use the component to create their own specific components by only updating the values of the variables.

When creating a component, you can use the preview window to live preview what the rendered template looks like.

It is recommended to try the Component Templates, which can be used directly or as a starting point to build your own templates. You can access the templates through the Component Templates option when adding a component.  To use it in your feature rule outcomes, you need to save it to the component library first.
