Add an active session limit

To add a new active session limit:

  1. Navigate to Identity > Settings.
  2. Select Active Session Limits.
  3. Click +Add a Limit.
  4. Enter the following details:
    1. Title - The name of the session limit. You can specify the user group to which the session limit will apply, for example, gold or platinum.
    2. Description - The purpose of the limit.
    3. Maximum Number of Active Sessions - The maximum concurrent sessions allowed for a user. For instance, enter 2 to restrict each account to two active sessions. The value must range between 1 and 25.
    4. Inactivity Time (Minutes) - The duration (in minutes) an active session can remain active without user interaction. If a session's inactivity exceeds the set inactivity duration, for example, 3 minutes, the active session will no longer be considered “active” and will free up the active session slot for other user device sessions. On the other hand, if the active session continues making interactions within the 3 minutes, it will remain an active session and will prevent access to any other session of that user.
  5. Click Save.
