Configure gift subscriptions form

  1. Navigate to Delivery > Component Library.
  2. Click Add Component > Payment > Gift Subscription.
  3. By default, the Title text box is pre-filled with Gift Subscription Form. You can edit this if required. You can also preview and validate your form in real-time, with updates displayed instantly in the Preview window located on the right side of the screen.
  4. Modify the Slug field as needed. The slug cannot be changed once the contact form is saved.
  5. Enter a description for the form, if required, in the Description field.
  6. Select the language in which the form should be displayed from the Language drop-down list.
  7. Click the Product & Payment Plans option and customize the payment options. For more information, see Payment forms.
  8. Click the Authentication option to customize the email or social, login, and registration forms. For more information, see Login, Registration and Forgot Password Forms.
  9. Click the Complete Purchase option to customize the gift subscription form using the following settings:
    1. Toggle to enable or disable PayPal and promo codes in your form.
    2. Modify the title of the form, if required.
    3. Toggle to enable or disable the progress bar in your form.
    4. Enable the Gift Toggle to create a gift subscription form. When enabled, the checkbox, Purchase as a gift subscription, is displayed.
    5. Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the Purchase Summary and Submit Button rows.
    6. Change the label texts as required.
    7. Rearrange the options within the form by dragging and dropping them in the order you prefer. Any changes you make will be instantly reflected in the preview window.
    8. Add custom text to your form by selecting the Custom Text button.
    9. Add an existing user attribute to the form by selecting the User Attribute button. To add a new attribute, navigate to Identity > User Attributes > Add a User Attribute.
    10. Click the Section option to add sections to your form. Each section can be customized with custom text and user attributes. You can also assign a distinct name to individual sections.
    11. In the Successful Payment section, customize the text and options that will be displayed to users once the payment is successful.
    12. Enable invitation sharing by toggling the corresponding option. This allows users to share their plans with family and friends.
    13. Add custom text to your form by selecting the Custom Text button.
    14. Click Done to save your changes.
  10. Click the CSS configuration and enter your preferred CSS code to tailor the form to your specifications. Click Done to save your configurations.
  11. Click Save to save your changes.
