This is a list of common questions about the usage and configurations of Advanced Payment Manager.

We are continually updating the list. 


Q: I'm using the Payment Method Updater feature. Would the payment methods I specified in the Advanced Payment Manager be updated automatically via the Payment Method Updater feature?

A: No. They cannot be updated automatically via the Payment Method Updater feature. You need to manually check the validity of payment methods that you have specified in Advanced Payment Manager.


Q: If I want to use the default payment methods (account payment methods) for my subscriptions, should I specify values for the custom payment gateways in Zuora and configure the custom payment methods in Advanced Payment Manager?

A: No. You do not need to perform these configurations if you want to use the default payment methods.


Q: If I create a payment run in Advanced Payment Manager, will it be visible in Zuora Payments?

A: Yes. When a payment run is created in Advanced Payment Manager, an associated payment run is also created and visible in Payment Runs of Zuora Payments.
