From time to time, your Customer Service team may hear from Users who are having trouble resetting their password. Password resets can be triggered from Zephr Registration and Login forms, but as an additional level of help, you can also custom trigger a password reset email from within the Zephr Admin Console.
Select Identity > Users, then locate the user within the list, or via the search function. Click the user’s name to view their profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the user’s profile, and click Reset Password.
Confirm you wish to send the user a reset password email by clicking OK.
NOTE: The email that will be sent is configurable under System > Emails.
